April Market a huge success!
See you in May for the village's next market!
Another brilliant market morning in Flackwell Heath
Saturday 18 April brought one of those genuinely lovely spring mornings that makes the village look its absolute best — and what better way to spend it than browsing the stalls at the Flackwell Heath Monthly Market outside the Three Horseshoes.
From 9am the Market was buzzing, with residents old and new turning out in force to support some fantastic local and artisan traders in balmy weather. Whether you came for the coffee, the brownies, or simply the excuse to get outside on a beautiful April morning, it's safe to say the market delivered.
This month's stalls included:
- Bread on the Rise
- Sam's Jams & Chilli Sauces
- Cherryme Fruit Crisps
- Challen's Chicks
- Charlotte's Brownies
- Buckmoorend Farm Shop
- Bishop's Roast Coffee
- Cecoelia's
- The Honey Man
- Ka Na Homecooked
- Local Apple Juice
- Razzles
- Vegan Sweet Shack
We were also joined by Bucks Councillors, which gave residents a great opportunity to raise local issues face to face — exactly the kind of community connection the market is all about.
A huge thank you to everyone who came along, and of course to all the stallholders who make it happen month after month. The FHRA market wouldn't be what it is without your brilliant produce and your enthusiasm for being part of something genuinely local.
(They also make a mean bacon sandwich...)
The next market is on Saturday 16 May — same time, same place: The Three Horseshoes, 9am–12pm.

See you in May!
